The following project will consist of approximately 28 Senior Cottages.  16 are to be built in McMinnville & 12 in Salem.  

All Bids are open with the understanding that this is the initial design and will be changed as needed.  

The Building Plans are available in both PDF & JPG to scale and as changes in the specifications are made by the Project Principals updates will be made on this web-site with the date of change included in the file name.

Spec Sheets for all phases will be added as they become available.  In Preliminary Bids prior to our Call Outs, please be specific (20 year, 30lb, #2 or better, etc.)

Again, our preference for communication is via E-Mail and Text in the early stages.

Once an E-Mail has been sent to us please follow-up with a Text and we will confirm that it has been received.

Development Infrastructure has not taken place and will be open to Bid as well, once preliminary design has been completed it will be made available.
